It would be nice to be able to test something in preview, as logically also kas1e proposed... it's quite unacceptable to have to wait years to have something to try, but then if new problems arise, report them but have to wait again years and years... it frankly kill any motivation

imagodespira Yeah that's true, Emotion is certainly faster and MPlayer still lacks a GUI with buttons etc... honestly it's one of the things we'd like to do!... the problem is that there were (and still are) so many bugs and imperfections that we preferred to focus on on these for first... the good...

Wieso benötigen wir den MPlayer wenn wir Emotion haben? Die Zeit (MPlayer) hätte man lieber in andere Software investieren können. Because we liked to do so, and because having more solutions is never a waste of time... wasted for who aniway? :-) None of us were busy with other projects, some of us...

In truth the work was carried out by me, marek and above all javier de las rivas who took care of most of the code :) ... However the version currently hostes on github still an incomplete release that was not ready yet to be released to the public ... shortly we will release a slightly more refined...

For next release could you improve a little bit the RegisterApplication function by adding some info text for Ringhio?

In related code adding something like:
REGAPP_Description, "Emotion media Player"
